Addy Hobbs
Social Media Intern

Addy is an ambitious young adult ready to tackle the problems of the ocean created by generations before her. As she graduates this year and embarks on her adventure at the University of Idaho, she has the opportunity to explore two great passions of hers in both the creative world of social influence as well as courses in the biological, physical or social sciences where she can learn to protect and conserve the environment around her.

As an Alaskan born girl, she has also had the opportunity to visit all 50 states as well as Canada and Mexico and learned something from each place she visited. The one constant in all of her adventures was her love of the ocean. Whether it’s surfing, swimming with the sea turtles, boating, fishing, or finding shells on the beach, she enjoys every moment.

Addy has been dual enrolled in college courses along with her high school credits. She has also been a life guard for Idaho’s only amusement park as well as the pool she swam in competitively for all four years on her Varsity Swim Team, representing her school at the state competition each year. She is excited to share all that Mission: Ocean Reef has to offer to fellow students and ocean lovers through the various social media platforms available today.
